Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure you receive the value you expect.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered as described in your agreement
  • Cancellation notice provided at least 48 hours before scheduled session
  • Unused sessions in multi-session packages (subject to terms)
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions and delivered services
  • Digital resources and materials already accessed
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
  • No-show appointments without prior notification

Refund Process

To request a refund or discuss concerns about our services:

  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule sessions without penalty by providing at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Package Modifications

Multi-session packages may be modified or upgraded at any time. Downgrades are subject to review and may incur administrative fees. Unused sessions do not expire but must be used within the timeframe specified in your agreement.
